Bad Quality

I've had this shoe for a little over 1 year. I probably only wore it 10 times max. And the heel broke off. What in the world? I called DSW and even though it is 1 month past the year mark, they couldn't do anything to help me. If you buy this shoe be prepared for the heel to brake off, even if you haven't worn it long. Will not buy this brand again. VERY BAD QUALITY and customer care.

I purchased about a month ago, loved the style and comfort but the heel broke off on the 2nd wear. I was at a work event when this happened and was extremely embarrassed.

The style and color of these is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I did have to size up so I could comfortably wear socks with them but they’re a really nice bootie.

I'm a true 10 but I had to size up for a comfortable fit. The heel is a bit higher than I expected but they're so sleek and beautiful. I'll keep them as more of a going out shoe than an everyday work shoe.
