Damaged
I just received these booties today, with a damaged heel! Did they think I wouldn’t notice? They look like they were a sample shoe. I expected better. Now I’ve got to take these back. What an inconvenience.

Great brand & deal
I got these boots in black on clearance. They are soft black leather and are roomy fit. I am a 6.5, and will wear with a thicker sock.

Comfortable Perfect Heel Height
Was a bit hesitant to purchase the brown boots, due to all the negative comments. But I’m glad I got them! They are comfortable, true to size for me, very soft, and perfect heel height. I gave it 1 less star because the edge of the sole have areas that are were not matching -almost orange in color. Almost like the ‘paint’ came off. I’ll have to find some dark brown boot paint to touch up.

Nice looking but questionable quality
I love the boots and they look classy but the color is being stripped off the bottom of the shoe. I brought my first pair back to DSW as it didn’t take long for the color to wear off, but now it’s happening to the second pair. I need these for work so I’m disappointed this is happening.

Great boots, but . . .
Predictably, DSW did a wonderful job describing and shipping the expected product to me. I had not tried the Lucky brand before, but ordered my actual size 6.5 (b). The sizing is a bit "deceptive" in that I wear a 6.5 so the size ordered is the 6.5/7.0 - expectedly running slightly large for me, but very comfortable. My issue is that the "color" is wearing off of the soles of the shoes. This is unexpected to say the least. I attached photos so you can see what I am dealing with. I have not taken them to the local cobbler yet to look at, but thought people should be aware of this issue.

Buttery Soft!
Buttery soft leather makes these boot comfortable. Like other western inspired boots, the sole is sturdy. Although they are comfortable, I bought gel inserts for those long walks. These boots are definitely made for walking. Add gels to help the journey!

Super Cute But Toe Can Get Tight
Love the look of these boots which is on trend now. Pros: soft leather, great heel height, looks edgy but pretty too, looks good with wide leg pants. Cons: little hard to put on because the leather flops over because it’s so soft and zipper is on the outside which is sorta awkward, the inside toe rubs hard after several hours of wear, the heel is hard and is loud on floors. I do like them and enjoy wearing them but they aren’t perfect. Great quality though so they’re a keeper.

Looked great but did not work
I bought these during thanksgiving sale and found them weird fitting. They looked so smart and wished they had worked but I found that the front of the shoe did not fit right, too narrow and too triangular. Sent it back.

A Winner Style
Lucky boots fit well and are true to size. I bought these in the DSW store and they were comfortable out of the box. I wanted a pointy toe boot to wear under straight or wider leg pants, that didn’t make my foot look huge- like many pointy toe shoes do. Plus there is enough room in the toe box and the leather is soft and pliable. The medium brown leather is a warm versatile color that will match other brown shades and other colors. Heel height is also comfortable and high enough so that my pants don’t drag on the floor.

Lucky Brand Wallinda Bootie
I love the look, feel, and color of this bootie. It’s not the most comfortable bootie I’ve owned, it could use more cushion and support on the inside, but I still love them.
