Beautiful boot but not made well

Bought these boots twice. They are comfy and beautiful but both times the side seam tore near the ankle. I’m so disappointed!

I really like the style of these boots and the low heel. I'm a little concerned about the fit of the heel, though. I can feel it rubbing already. Great fit in the calf. Can't wait for cooler weather to really test them out.

Very comfortable and look great. Able to wear with jeans that are not jeggings-which is good that the boots aren’t skin tight on my calfs. Got a better price in store than online.
