Very Cute But Small
I ordered these shoes and loved them when I received them. They are very cute. Unfortunately, they run extremely small. I am a true 5, but these shoes were very tight. I was very disappointed that they didn’t work out. Larger sizes were unavailable, and I couldn’t exchange them.

The back of heel zipper detail separated. One side looks zipped while the other is not. Had the shoes for a couple months when it happened.

Liked that it was made of leather
I first bought a black pair of this Lucky ballet flat on 4/29/24. I liked it as it was very comfortable. On 7/17/24, I bought an additional pair for myself and one for my sister.

USED SHOES
They sent me USED, DIRTY shoes, contacted customer service, he sent me a “prepaid” label that stated the cause of return was “changed my mind”. Turns out it was not prepaid, and they charged for the return from the balance that had to be refunded. This is one of many unfortunate incidents, I will no longer buy from them.

Love these shoes!
I needed a new pair of black ballet flats and these are perfect. I wear a size 6M and these are true to size. I'm 71 years old, but I still like cute shoes! The zippers are an added touch of chic.

Tight Fit
These feel narrow and tight fit. I normally wear 6 for flats and shoes, but these are uncomfortably tight. I kept them and they have stretched a bit; however I would return these if I could. Nothing special about the shoe in general. Size up if you plan to get these.
