    Pretty bag!

    Gorgeous bag, quality suede however when I opened the delivery bag it was in , I noticed 2 black lines on the front of the bag. So I did end up returning it to the DSW store in Concord. It was damaged and the black lines were noticeable. However, after I returned the bag I shopped around the store for a few minutes looking at boots and other handbags. To my surprise, they put the damaged handbag out on the shelf for sale. They turned it around so the black lines wouldn't be seen. I was stunned to say the least. This is shameful. Anything to make a sale! The item should have been damaged out!
