Love these boots! They are really cute and can dress up or down. Double zipper makes it easy to put on and off. Boots were comfortable the first time wearing and got better with wear. My first Lucky brand purchase and will buy more!

Wrong boot model and size

I got a different model from what is on the picture. Also I ordered a size 6.5 and got a 6 plus damaged box. Very unhappy!

Love these, very comfortable. Ordered in both black a brown. The brown pair came in broken vox and shoes were not wrapped. Looked like they were slightly used. I received a completely different boot in black and no packing slip, but was able to get the correct pair sent to me. I luve how comfortable they are.
