It has a little thing in the back of the boot that bother and damage my ankle.

Cheap material and loose fit all around except at the toes where it is snug. Feels very uncomfortable. Will be returning 😟

I bought these boots at a very good price. They are really beautiful, but the size is larger than usual. I always buy size 9 and these fit me big. I'm not too worried, because a pair of wool socks solves the problem.

Very uncomfortable, narrow, and cheap looking

I wanted so badly to like these booties but they were narrow, the material had no "give" across the top of the foot, the material looked as cheap as they are (I normally can find good deals and make them look good!), and they were very uncomfortable. I had to return them.
