The material of this shoe looks cheap. The shoes shipped to me looked used so I had to return them.

I got these for half price and they are truly worth the value. They’re comfy to wear even standing in them for 4 hours. I’ve worn them as part of my Halloween costume as well as a tailgate party. Truly a versatile piece.

Quality is horrible

I actually ordered these online and when they came in, they looked like they had already been worn plus the inside of the shoe where the zipper is was popping out of the sole of the shoe making it incredibly uncomfortable. I returned them, and then Re-ordered these boots and I had the exact same issue. The boots look like they had been worn already the inside of the shoe had the zipper popping out where the sole is And this time one of the heels was falling apart.
I wanted these shoes to work out because they’re super cute but the quality is terrible.

Unbelievably poor quality

These shoes are awful. The first time I ordered them from DSW one of the shoes Was higher at the ankle than the other one plus DSW sent me a used pair of shoes. You could tell by the soles they are worn. So I returned them and then I went online and ordered the exact same pair. This time the heel is actually falling apart and you can tell these are also used shoes just by looking at the soles of them. You can tell that somebody has worn them on pavement so I don’t understand what DSW is trying to do here but this is the second time in a row they Shipped me shoes that have already been outside! I don’t appreciate paying full price for a pair of shoes that are used.

Excellent! I wear them dressed up or dressed down. Didn’t go wrong with this one! not to high of a heel can wear it with anything. It’s a stylish shoe/boot no matter how you look at it I love it. Yes I do recommend this one you will be pleased definitely a statement piece
