Arrived dirty and worn

The shoes arrived dirty and looked worn and returned. I opened the package and I was very disappointed. The shoes were jammed in the box, the shoes tops were crooked and wrinkled. There was dirt all around the shoe. Do better DSW, we work hard for our money and to get a used product is upsetting.

Love the style, not the craftsmanship

Love these boots, I wanted to give it a 5 star but I'm on my second pair in a year! The bottom piece of the block heel keeps popping out and the plastic screw that holds it in place gets crushed, it's hard to explain! I am not impressed with the quality or craftsmanship. But I love the shoe style!
