Bought a 6.5 which is my true size and fits perfectly! I wanted cute shoes for going out that I would be able to wear for hours. The first night I wore them with no socks for able 5 hours standing/walking around. I didn't have any pain from the heel at all, but the sides of the top of the shoe did chafe after a couple hours. I wore them again with thin socks for about 8 hours and they were comfortable except for the minor chafing. The socks definitely helped. But for the price and the style I would say I love the shoes! They are comfortable for walking around.

Disproportionate Slingback Strap

I'm normally a size 9-10 wide so I initially ordered a a size 10W. When it came in, the slingback strap was just a bit too long but the front of the shoe fit just right. So, I reordered a size 9.5W in hopes of the strap being a little bit shorter & the front wouldn't be compromised so much that it'd be a problem. Nope :( the strap was still too long and with no way to adjust it, I'll have to return them, too. The front of the shoe on the 9.5 was also significantly shorter than the 10, and showed my toes, which I didn't like lol. They're cute shoes but not very proportionate.
