I am obsessed with this shoe. I first bought a pair of these in the tan color several years ago and didn’t think anything of it as I wasn’t wearing heels that often. But as time went by, and I started having to wear business attire every day, I realized they were my favorite pumps by a long shot - and the only ones i could wear all day without zero issues. I bought other pumps in other high-end brands thinking they would be similar but was always disappointed. Finally I took the time to get the name of the shoe and look up where it was available and ordered the black ones here on DSW. Amazing. Just as good as the first pair. Bonus - my initial pair had synthetic lining which had started to wear away but the current version is leather lined. Nice! Went back and ordered the navy because my current navy pumps are too uncomfortable to wear all day. Then today, just went ahead and ordered a second pair of the tan, because I’m paranoid they might get discontinued. That’s how good these pumps are; they’ve turned me into a hoarder.

My Favorite Everything Pumps

I wear pumps often- for work, going out, special occasion. I have a lot of pumps to compare these against and I have to say, I LOVE these. 5 out of 5! Great quality, look great, AND comfortable. I purchased the brown but plan to get every color! I HIGHLY recommend!

I love all the RL pumps; however, I’ve noticed that as I increase in size, the quality of the shoes seems to decline. As I've gotten older, my feet have grown longer, which has forced me to move up in size over the years. Unfortunately, I’m not happy with how the shoes look anymore.

Timeless and Comfortable

I am usually a 7 in Tory Burch but the 7.5 fit best. I can wear these all day to work without it causing pain. They look timeless and I especially love the monogrammed gold detail in back of heel.

It’s good quality leather and the insoles are very comfortable. The shoe itself is very sturdy and doesn’t sway when you step. The only issue I have with this product so far is the narrow toe box.

Too narrow of a shape

Not that comfortable due to very narrow shape of the shoe. I have very slender feet and it feels like it’s barely covering the bottom of my feet. Will be returning.
