Cute, but a HUGE NO! Terribly uncomfortable
I bought these to wear as a school administrator to graduation. They were awful! I wore them for an hour, and was not even standing the entire time, and my toes were numb after wearing them for 1 hour. Hoping I can still get a refund, as it is difficult to know how they will perform when trying them on briefly in the store.

Functional & Stylish
Just got these in beige and wore them to church (where I like to break in new shoes). It was a little painful breaking them in at first, but I like block heels and they looked great with the formal outfit. I think they'll be my go-to shoes for work functions too!

Not Quite Right
These shoes are cute on the foot but they’re not a true wide width when you compare with brands like Naturalizer or Aerosoles. Also this fabric easily gets dirty, even just from rubbing up against carpet or a wall there will be chalky like stains that are very hard to get out and the more you rub the more they spread. Overall, only worth about $25 and you really need to keep it in the box at all times when not wearing. It’s not extremely comfortable long term either, would be best for 2-3 hours maybe.

Cute but uncomfortable
My Kelly & Katie flats are so comfortable and I was looking forward to buying some heels. These are so stylish but they are unfortunately the most uncomfortable pair of heels I now own. They get tighter as the day goes on, usually within an hour of me putting them on, and at the end of the day, my dogs are barking! It's too bad because all of the flats I own in this brand are so comfortable.

Not as comfortable as hyped
Cute but absolutely not comfortable past 15 minutes of wear, if you wear wide width. I went off of the reviews and wound up disappointed.

Toe box too stiff
These shoes were so uncomfortable that I will throw them away since I wore them for a day and cannot return them. I ordered my regular size originally, but when I tried them on in the store, they felt too tight, so I went up half a size. I brought them on a work trip, so I was stuck for the whole day with them. My heel kept slipping out, and I got two massive blisters on each foot on the big toe and the big toe joint. By the end of the day, I couldn't walk in them anymore and had to take them off and walk barefoot in a very corporate environment. So embarrassing!! I loved the look of the shoe and the heel was comfortable but the toe box issue feels like a problem with this brand.

Received Used Shoes Instead of New
Very disappointed. I ordered a new pair of shoes and received an obviously used item. The shoes arrived with dog hairs stuck to a sticky residue on the shoe itself, which is completely unacceptable for something sold as new. This is a hygiene issue and shows a serious lack of quality control. I’ve purchased from DSW before and expected much better

Cute but uncomfortable
Giving two stars because they're cute shoes, but I donated them after one use. They were very uncomfortable. I wore them to the office and got about 2,000 steps in them. My toes were killing me, and the backs of my ankles were rubbed raw. The heels were also worn down quite a bit from single use, and they scuff easily. I didn't realize how strict DSW's return policy is. I tried to exchange them for a more comfortable shoe, but was unfortunately unable to. I dropped them in their shoe donation box on my way out. From now on, I will only purchase shoes from stores with more lenient return policies that stand behind the comfort and quality of their shoes.

Sizing is a little off
I had mixed feelings about these shoes. I originally ordered a 7.5 because they are pointed although I’m a true 7. They were a tight fit more narrow than I anticipated. Thought I’d keep them and just try to wear them to adjust but after putting them of a few times I changed my mind and exchanged them for an 8.. now they are slightly too big and my feet slip out, but I think I can make it work if I stuff the front with cotton balls. I think I rather have them slightly bigger than too tight for the comfort. The height is comfortable and they’re block heels so easier to walk in.

Too Big
Run big.. I got my usual size (I’m a size 6) and there’s a big gap when I put them on. I was really excited about these because they’re super cute. I recommend sizing down. :(

Too Narrow
I usually love Kelly & Katie due to the comfort, fit, and price. Unfortunately, this particular shoe runs REALLY narrow. After wearing them for an hour (just standing on carpet), my toes were numb and had indentations from the shoe. They are cute, but not worth the pain. I’ll be returning these shoes.
