Cute for my 3 year old and she loved them! They are solid and won't break like the cheap plastic ones from other stores. The little ones don't hold too much hair, so it is for fine hair or a small area, don't try to actually hold back a lot of hair. The little ones are more decorative than useful for holding hair, unless you used all four of them.
