I placed an order for these shoes. They didn’t arrive, didn’t arrive…didn’t arrive. Contacted Customer Service, and was told the package just “never went out”. Oh, but, “here’s a refund and $10 coupon for your trouble.” Went to my profile to use the coupon today…not there. Like I said, the WORST customer service. NOT HAPPY.

These are really cute and comfortable. I love the zipper and fabric. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the main material looks kind of cheap. Not terrible and the boots are on the less expensive side. Overall, a great buy!
