Misaligned Artwork

Received a bag with the middle martini almost totally “cut off,” doesn’t appear like the picture at all. I believe the button that closes the purse is misplaced, which causes the bag close incorrectly and misalign the artwork. I don’t know if I just received a defected version or if they all have misalignment issues. Upsetting, and their customer service tried to convince me it looks the same. Photo attached.

This is such a cute bag! The beading detail is so fun! The drinks design is definitely kitschy, but will definitely be a great conversation starter! It might get you a few compliments too! I love the shiny chain that it comes with, allowing you to be hands free with this bag!
