Side strap came off from the sole

Bought my first pair May 2025. Have used them for exercising in pool and beach. Have to say I was surprised and disappointed to have the side strap come off the sole after only 15 months. I wore them no more than 2 times per week.

Sizing is inaccurate

This is my third pair of Keen sandals in this style. The last pair was a Women's size 8. So, I ordered a Women's size 8. 5 and they are really really too tight. I can wear them and hope that they will break in . . . by the way this is actually seventh pair of Keen shoes/sandals and I really love them. But, why did you change the sizing???

I think the Newport h2 is the perfect sandal, which is why I have multiple pairs. These black ones are my go-to and get used the most.

Comfortable and tough

These worked for me right out of the box. They appear to be vegan, so I kept them but then worried when I heard that the company sometimes uses glue made from hooves. So I won't buy more until they develop a true vegan line.

Somewhat disappointed

I planned to use these shoes as summer hiking shoes but unfortunately trail debris (small rocks, pine needles, sand) got into the open back. Too bad because the comfort and support are good.
