I received a used pair of sneakers- the soles are worn and dirty, there are creases in the front, and even the box they came in was ripped open. Is no one actually looking at the products they are sending to customers, or are they just hoping people don’t notice?

LOVE these shoes for pickleball and just everyday wear. Very cute and super comfy! I bought my running shoe size of 8.5. Other shoes, like sandals, I wear an 8.
Glad I went up a 1/2 size-now I have room in the toe area.
