The customers who said the straps fell off their ankles, were correct. It also felt uncomfortable on my right foot…like pressure from the straps. I have skinny feet and ankles, for reference. It’s a pretty pair of sandals that I’m disappointed I had to return.

I bought these to wear to an upcoming wedding. Because they were not available in either of the DSW stores in my area, I had to order online without trying them on, hoping for the best. Unfortunately, they didn't work out for me. The sole is extremely thin, and offers no arch support at all. I had to buckle the strap on the tightest hole, and the shoes still felt a bit loose at the heel. Just not a style for me, I guess, though they are attractive sandals. I took them to the nearest DSW store and easily returned them for a refund.

They’re cute but very hard to walk in because the ankle strap in the back has an elastic. The elastic is so stretchy it moves as you walk and so your heel pulls away from the shoe. I tightened as far as they can go on both sides but they’re not designed well.

I bought these in a wide fit. First of all I absolutely love the style of these. They are not too high and will work with anything. The problem is the wide fit is still not wide enough. And it’s something with the way they are made. The straps are obviously not leather so they won’t stretch with wear. They should be manufactured with a little more space in the straps. And then they will sell really well. They’ll be flying off the shelves. So if you are a manufacturer- please listen up! My feet are actually not even that wide, so what’s up with that? So if I have trouble, then most women I know will as well. I will still keep them. Hoping they will stretch somehow.

These should be labeled as narrow shoes. I could not even get my toes into them. Disappointed as the green was the exact color I needed.

The shoes are gorgeous. Read the reviews but my feet are slightly on the narrow side and decided to give them a try. Bought the cognac and I'm glad I decided to try these, they are perfect, once I adjusted the strap, they stayed put, I really like these, bought to wear with jeans.

Tried these shoes to wear to a wedding ,but they do not offer enough support. Foot was unstable and tended to probate. Shoe is stylish but not for me.
