Design Flaw
I purchased these shoes on the DSW app. These shoes are a muted red, unlike the deep red color in the photos. My pair looked slightly worn on the soles. I assumed my shoes were new since it was not a clearance item but part of the BOGO 50% off promotion. The clasp was difficult to latch. The main reason these shoes were a disappointment is the narrow sole which doesn’t fully support the width of one’s feet. My feet are not wide, but they spill over the confined shape of the insole.
