I am giving a one star because I did not receive them. I have no clue where fed ex left. Needed them to wear to an event. Customer service said that they could not expedite another pair. Now I’m on the hunt again for shoes. I’m so frustrated.

Really wanted to love these. Order online and they were on sale but couldn’t even take a single step with these without pain. Sizing seemed off and I have many other shoes from this brand. Too small too tight and NOT COMFORTABLE!

After waiting 10 days for them to arrive one of the shoes was defective. The crystal on one shoe was missing half of the crystal design and there was also a stone missing from what was there. I think they are very pretty but will return as they do not match and are missing a stone. I purchased a 9 and normally wear 8 1/2. The 9 fit perfectly. Don't think I will chance a reorder as I would worry that the stones will fall out.

I bought these to go with a bridesmaid dress for a wedding in October. They will work, but they are not very comfortable at all. I will wear them as little as possible.

These pumps are nearly perfect, except for the fact that the rhinestones on the ankle strap are attached in a way that the straps can't be removed and put in a position where the buckles are on the inside of the ankle and not the outside. Outside of that one issue, they are comfortable, stylish, and absolutely give a hint of ceremonialness to everyday wear.

Gorgeous shoes that I wore for my daughter’s wedding. Not too high and the rhinestones made a statement. My only drawback was that I wore a long gown and the rhinestones kept getting caught on the hem. I had a slit in the front and chose these shoes because they looked beautiful when they peeked through. Unfortunately, I had to take off the rhinestones so it didn’t ruin my gown for the wedding. I suggest not wearing with a floor length gown.

I really wish these were as white as they look in the picture. They are definitely more of a yellowish ivory :/ they fit true to size and works well with narrow feet.

Initially brought the size 8 but had to exchange for a half size bigger as the front was extremely tight. I received the 8.5 and it fit perfectly but had to return. The shoes looked like they were worn. On top of that, it was delivered in a crushed box without a cover or any shoe tissue inserts. Completely unacceptable and poor customer service, definitely a huge disappointment. Why would you ship any product in that manner?!

When you spend a lot of money on a pair of shoes, you expect a brand new pair of shoes that are wrapped up and not been worn by someone and returned. I’m highly disappointed in the condition that the box and shoes were sent in. They weren’t even wrap the box was smashed, and there was stains on the back of the silk on the shoes. The bottoms were worn you could tell. Third time this month I’ve received shoes in the mail from DSW.

I bought this shoe to wear to a wedding. I hadn't narrow feet and it was a little tight. I was disappointed there was a stone missing. It was too close to the wedding to return to the store. I do like the heel height.

Not only we’re these shoes true to size, they were also very pretty . However I had to return them because they were not white. They weren’t even ivory, they were more of a yellowish tone. I would’ve loved to use them on my wedding day.
