Cute with a hint of clunky

Aesthetically, I thought these boots were pretty cute. However, when I put my foot in and started to string them up, the little shoe sting holder on the tongue immediately broke/ripped off on the top side. Not a biggie, I just used the shoe strings to cover it up. I'm a true 11.5 (narrow), so the 12 felt spacious enough for maybe even a slightly thicker sock to enhance the top of the shoe that looked like it could use a bit more fluff. Overall, it just felt clunky, and I would've needed to add a shoe insert to feel some kind of support (I also have a flat foot). At the end of the day, I decided it wasn't my jam.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Waited A Year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this boot. I had it in black and waited over a year for the pink to become available. I immediately made the purchase when I received the in stock email. It's comfy and warm, love love love them!

Pretty and lightweight

I wanted a cute winter boot that is lightweight. True to size. This boot checked all the boxes. The photos do not do the boots justice. They are beautiful to the touch into the eye!
