Comfortable boots, DSW ships used items
Boots are extremely comfortable and can wear for hours without achy feet afterward. I ordered wide width and standard width for foot room. DSW did send used boots from their Returns center in NJ for one of the sizes. As another review said, the box is missing a lid or is all broken. They also had hair on them. The other box was brand new and had plastic wrap around it and came with the stuffing and paper to keep the boot shape. Recommend these boots for comfort.

DON'T BUY THEM!
I returned these immediately! They look ridiculous, like Puss N Boots! The are SOOOOOO wide at the calf that I literally looked like a pirate! They were absolutely ugly and what a shame, as they seemed like they would be pretty comfortable.

Best TRUE Wide Calf Brand
Journee has been the only brand that offers TRUE wide calf boots that are both trendy and comfortable. I tried a plus sized brand for their wide calf options, but I don’t have wide feet and their calf circumference was rarely, if ever, true wide calf. I get all of my wide calf and extra wide calf boots from this brand.

Bought Used?
I ordered these boots on a Saturday and received on Thursday (regular shipping). The package arrived with a missing lid. There was no protection. And it looks used. No tags. Great fit. However, if you’re planning to gift these boots go to the store.

Surprised So Comfy
I love these new boots. I’m 5’10”, and they do come over my knees. They are super comfy to walk and sit. They do not fall down, no need to tug at them to stay up. Received so many compliments.

Comfort & Stylish
Stylish and comfortable to wear all day. Glad I read the other reviews and tried out a color outside of my normal black. I walked quite a bit in these and my feet didn’t hurt. I have narrow calves and ankles so I was nervous they wouldn’t stay up, most don’t. These stayed in place. I received many compliments on them.

Comfortable and Stylish
I always wanted an over the knee boot and decided to order these. Best decision, they are so comfortable, I can wear them all day/night. I wear them with jeans, leggings, or a dress. These boots serve any occasion, whether it’s brunch with the girls, turn up at a lounge, or date night. I’m definitely buying a second pair, I highly recommend! I’m 5’5 196 lbs My calf size is 17 inches

Good buy!
I purchased these boots online back in October. I bought them in the Taupe color with normal calf width and to my true shoe size, 7.5. They are pretty roomy but not really too big. They're pretty comfortable, very cute, and I love wearing them with a sweater dress. I am on the slightly taller side, between 5'6" and 5'8", and they go up just above my knee. My only complaint is that I got no shipment updates other than "shipment information received" and I waited two months thinking they were lost before they arrived out of the blue. Not sure if that was an issue on DSW's end or the shipping company. For the price, they're definitely worth the buy, especially in store. Might buy them in another color...
