Gorgeous heels!
This heel is really beautiful with cute ankle straps. I love the patent leather! The shoe is comfortable and easy to walk in since it has a block heel. Love it!

Poor (Worn + Dirty) Product!
I received these Journee shoes as part of my online order. I usually love Journee. I received basically a pre-worn, filthy pair of shoes with a mangled strap (and a clearance sticker on the bottom)—obviously pre-owned but sent to me for full price. (I didn’t get/order the clearance price, and I wanted obv a new pair). I contacted customer service only to be assured they would send me a new pair and double check them. I had a special event and wanted to wear them (a new pair).The second pair was worse—absolutely disgusting again—filthy, obviously worn multiple times, and the heel on one shoe was ruined. ( I’m wondering why would DSW allow someone to wear shoes (repeatedly) and then return them? )The shoes I received twice are gross, filthy, visibly damaged, and I do not recommend the shoes. I am so disappointed + was unable to wear them to the event I planned on wearing them too. The shoes were horribly, and the customer service wasn’t good either.

Wide not wide enough
Purchased the wide and still not wide enough. Base of the shoe is not padded so it definitely will wear our your feel after an hour or so. Love the heel but wish it was wider

Very Cute
Very nice shoes, I brought them in the brown. Hard to find brown shoes, but they are very cut. Just a little higher than i would have preferred but not a deal breaker.

Very cute
I really liked this shoe! My feet did hurt a bit wearing them but I think I didn’t break them in at all before wearing them. They look very good on the foot and the heel isn’t too high.

Cute and narrow
Cute and comfortable! It’s more on the narrow side. Is true to size but it is narrow which fits me perfectly!

Cute Shoe
I rated it at three because it is an extremely cute shoe, but it does not run true to size. The shoe is cut small so do size up. All the reviews say true to size absolutely not true!
