Unfortunately similar to other reviews, the heel strap on this shoe was very loose and wouldn’t stay up. Since it’s not adjustable there was no way to work around it. I had to return them. It’s too bad, they were cute otherwise.

Heel is not too high and they are comfy enough. Toe box is a tad tight and narrow so I’m stretching them a bit. When I tried the next size up the strap was too loose. The pink color is really fun and bright.

I was on the fence about ordering these because I was worried they would be hard to walk in or too uncomfortable to wear to work. But they looked good online and they were on sale so I took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived and I tried them on! They’re actually very comfortable and they look absolutely stunning. I’ve been looking for a staple heel for work that I can pair with anything and these are a winner. The only small complaint I have is that the back strap is a tiny bit loose on me, but if I sized down then the toe box would be too narrow. Anyways it’s not a big deal and it’s not so loose that it slips off when I’m walking, so I can live with it.
