Bummed that the buckle on one shoe is loose and jangles making a noise and the other shoe is fine. The real issue is I can re-order my size online but when I try to do the exchange through mail it says "Sold Out" - I got these on a VIP special and they can't honor that when repurchasing. I don't think they have this style at my nearest store for an exchange. Fit true to size.

Got lots of compliments on these but BE ADVISED they run almost a size too big, something I notice a lot with this brand. They tend to run large. Keep that in mind.

They are not comfortable and almost feel like they've been worn. They run large and I need something to make them fit better in the heel. They also press across the top of my feet. I'm so disappointed in this shoe because its very pretty.

I have only worn them once, and by the time I got home after church, they were slipping off. They are very pretty, but would suggest wear them at home for an hour or so before wearing them out.

These shoes look beautiful and I was so excited to have classy, pointed-toe shoes that fit wider feet. However, the quality is garbage. I’ve worn them at most 5 weeks (2-3x/ week) and the bottom of both heels completely fell off. I walked into my job realizing my heels were clicking loudly, and I felt unsteady when I walked. I looked at the bottoms and one was down to the metal heel post and the other had the rubber/plastic cap hanging off and the metal partially exposed. I have to walk across a small parking lot area each time I go to work, but I’ve had plenty of shoes that have lasted literally years longer with the same 30 second walk on a parking lot/side walk. I was absolutely shocked. I will update with photos once I have the opportunity. Definitely save your money for a better brand- these are NOT worth the money. My old Payless shoes used to last longer than these.
