Cheap or not expensive!
Thought the shoe had an inexpensive look, also ran a little wide so I decided to return them.

Daughter Didn’t Like
My daughter wasn’t thrilled with the style or the fit of these shoes. She didn’t care for the two toned look and felt they ran a little large.

At Long Last ...!
I love these slingbacks. For years, I've been looking for a pair with adjustable ankle straps in the beige color with a cream/ off white toe cap. Finally found them. They can be wiped clean, they fit well/ true to size. I purchased them in a size 11 medium so I have extra space to wear them with socks, tights during the colder months. I love them.

Cheap And Online Service Sucks!
Your online service is absolutely embarrassing. There’s a lot lost in translation, like common courtesy, hearing the customer out, believing the customer (especially after I spent $800 on shoes in the last month). I don’t know how they would know who the 3 people I spoke to were, but they need to be fired. Especially the man called manager. Buy in person. The store one hour from my home has good normal customer service demeanor. Online, you will waste hours waiting then hours trying to explain your situation over and over and over and over because they simply don’t understand what’s lost in translation. Shoe sucks. Looks so cheap. Feels horrible

Bad Quality
Not sure if it’s just the pair I received but one of the heels as tears all around it. I’m very sad about it because I really like the look! I may try to see if there’s a pair in store I can exchange for but if not I’ll have to return them.

Sized Up From 8 To 9
The shoe is comfortable for the few minutes I tried it on for. It is nice shoe but the color is little off from picture online. I’ll be returning the shoe as color is too light. Almost off white color, I needed a little more of a tan color. I usually wear an 8 and have a wide foot, but for this I went to a 9.

Comfortable and stylish
