Basic Black Flat

This is the shoe equivalent to a LBD. It’s so basic. I sized down a half size. Comfort is average. I’ve had flats that offered more cushion but for the price, this is what you get. I wouldn’t recommend these for anyone doing a lot of walking/standing, but they’ll do for sitting at a desk.

I am normally size 8 tennis shoe, and between 7-7.5 in dress shoes. The 7.5 was too big, 7 just right, slightly tight on toes but will expand as worn. I’ve been looking for a longer opening for flats (millennial style) these are it

I have tried 3 Journee styles and they do not agree with my feet - painful across the top of my feet. The styles are great but I cannot wear them - so sad!

Received a Used Pair AGAIN!

While I have purchased several pairs of the Kavn, I recently received another pair of shoes from DSW that came obviously used and returned. I decided to buy another pair of gold flats — But unfortunately, even when you call back and ask them to check the shoes before setting them out (Which they offer but tell you it takes a couple days) you often end up getting a pair that was worse than the first one. DSW needs to have a better return policy— And if they are going to take just any shoe back, including one that was Well worn and/or marked and/or heavily damaged, they need to refuse to take the shoe back Or only give a small discount off the next purchase. I had the highest level For the club and was ordering from DSW almost always, but I have since let it lapse. Repeatedly, including this pair of Kavn flats, I am receiving damaged shoes. If you can get a perfect pair (Or at least least something from the store that doesn’t appear to be returned— Although they don’t typically have this brand shoe in all of their stores) It is a comfortable shoe that Can be dressed up or worn with a casual outfit. If you are standing or walking for a while (like for a date night — not a day at Disney World) — but the shoe is for someone who doesn’t require a ton of support in their shoes. Also, they run small so if you are going to get these, order a half size larger. But, buyer beware— As more and more shoes that I’m ordering are obviously used, with some level of damage. These will be going back. I’m really disappointed and the quality of the items being sent out of the warehouse.
