Comfortable lightweight slides

Purchased these Journey slides in the tan color. Based on reviews I was a bit dubious as to sizing. Subsequently, I purchased my typical size 8 and they fit tts. However, as depicted in photos provided, I could have sized up to an 8.5 for a lil more room.
Based on the upper knit fabric which has some elasticity, I can see it stretching out after some time so I'll keep the size 8 for those reasons and the fact that they are extremely comfortable. Overall, the slides are very lightweight, and the foam footbed provides added comfort. I can definitely see myself purchasing additional colors. My only issue is with the color I would have preferred a darker taupe color.

Slick

These sandals are both very slick on the bottom and top of the shoe which makes me a bit nervous to walk in. Also when walking my heel lifts from the shoe and makes a ‘slapping’ sound every step. It is pretty annoying IYKYK.

Cute shoe. Loved the color accompanied with nice height. However… the top “strap” was much too wide and my foot slid right through.

Function, style, comfort- all in one

I am really impressed with this pretty sandal. The pink color works like a neutral and the sandal gives nice height, top ribbed material nicely stretchy still offers very good encased foot support. Soft foot pad is very cushiony, easy to walk in- super comfortable, good price point. I’ve gotten compliments from strangers when out & about- “I really like your pink sandals!” Worthwhile purchase, highly recommend.
