I Made A Gamble On These...

After reading reviews on this shoe across several sites I knew it would be a gamble to buy them, but I did it anyway! So far, I've worn them twice, so here's the bad and the good from my perspective. After the first wear, which included a lot of walking, I was in pain like I haven't felt in years, against my big toe and upper inner side of my foot. While wedges are usually a safe bet, I don't feel these are designed well. There's a hard construction around the toe box of the shoes that's just unforgiving. Not being leather takes away any possibility of mercy via stretching. Despite being my usual size, the shoes slip at the heel, and my foot oddly pushes forward in the shoe creating more toe pressure. Now for the good. These shoes are so cute and definitely draws attention! Since I have a lot of stuff I can wear with them (reason for buying), I wanted to at least try harder here even though I wanted to return them. So, I used a shoe stretcher on the left shoe, which was tighter than the right and it gave enough to attempt a second wear. The fit was so much better and the extra room helped to offset the toe pressure. If you're on the fence, just try them for yourself to see if they'll work out. I look forward to future wears!

don't love the piece of elastic on the front of the shoe.. would've loved it better without.

Great fit. Cushioned sole. Just disappointed at how dirty the white trim got from just one wear on a clear, dry day.

Not wide width. I'm not sure when the width switch to the calf but it's a shame ww showes are Not Ww anymore . Yes We Want More stylish shoes but not for discomfort. . . . I don't know why I can't get Both
