Mixed feelings. First, the color was MUCH lighter in person and I might have returned based on that alone. But, the fit was off. They were comfortable everywhere else, but the point narrows so quickly and sharply they pinched my toes together.

I bought these in size 8 wide. I have bunions so shopping for shoes can be challenging. There is plenty of space in the toe box for my bunion and no rubbing. The heel is the perfect height. I wore these to a wedding where I was doing a lot of walking and dancing. My feet felt great at the end of the night. Journee never does me wrong!

The ox blood is a beautiful color and it’s a cute shoe. I wear between 8-8.5 and have somewhat wide feet. The 8.5 medium fit close to perfectly. I was tempted to keep them but the back was so stiff and I was concerned it would cut into or rub against my back ankle and create a blister with extended wear. I had bought them for work so this wasn’t going to fly. I regretfully had to return them.

Beautiful and comfortable...these shoes have a low, thick and steady heel, has 2 straps which hold your foot in place, and the backing of the shoe keeps your foot in place as well! Just what I was looking for! The straps make it look so cute too. Fits true to size and Reminds me of my shoes in the 1970's! Glad I purchased.
