We bought this and were very pleased with the shoe for Prom. Only problem we had was the shoe was ordered in store and delivered. Once opening you could clearly tell the shoe has been previously worn and returned.

I bought these beautiful sparkly heels in Black for a holiday party. I felt like a princess in them. In a line for service the woman behind me said "I love your shoes!" That made my night. They are true to size and incredibly comfortable. It was a long night and my feet still felt great.

Expected Them To Be New

Very disappointed in the purchase . I ordered these heels for my sister as a Christmas gift & Of course, when ordering things from DSW you expect them to be brand new with packaging, however, the shoes came in a destroyed box with the shoes thrown in and no protection or shoe inserts. You can clearly tell they have been worn.
I’m glad I looked at these before wrapping them up for her… how embarrassing.
