Stylish but durability/comfort could be better

I love how stylish these shoes are—they look amazing with so many outfits! Unfortunately, the bottom of the heel started to twist and feel loose after only a couple of wears, which was disappointing. They’re also not quite as comfortable as some of my other heels. Great style, but the construction and comfort could use improvement.
