I expect better from DSW than receiving obviously-used shoes lose in a plain cardboard box. No label, no tags, no packaging paper. These look like they were pulled from a thrift store and DIY packaged. Now I have to deal with returning them. Thanks for shipping me garbage and an inconvenience.

Ordered in white. Very nice classic pump. Fits TTS. I have it a tan color and strap has a gap around my thin ankles but wears well. Didn't keep the white because I wanted more of a summery white sandal vs pump.
