Came Damged 2x

First cup came slightly damaged with some scuffs and scratches. Customer service appeared great - sent out a replacement cup overnight right away. Received the second cup, damaged even worse. Dented and severe scuffs all to the bottom. Customer service basically told me return both cups for a full refund and no promises for decent cup if I eventually even get a cup (reminder, this is a $40 cup) or return one and be out $40 on a scratched, scuffed up cup. Very disappointed in this company, as well as the customer service. I attached a photo of the cup I received as a “replacement” cup and part of the damage. Guess you are asking too much to spend good money on a nice cup, and expecting it to come in good shape as well.

This is a great water bottle. The size is great, so you do not have to constantly refill it. The handle is very useful because it gives you a nice grip. I also like that it has a straw as well. It is very easy to wash and keep clean. Overall, you can definitely use this as your everyday water bottle.
