Got twice used shoes-first experience with DSW

For the first time, I bought online this pair of shoes and received on Dec 1, after opening the box, I found the shoes are used, not new.
Then I proceeded replacement, after I received "new" shoes as promised by customer service, it is again the used one, even worse than the first pair, besides the shoes box is completely broken.
No, I do not recommend this product.
