Never Receuved Order
DSW sucks. I placed the order 6/5/24, and received an email 6/7/24 with tracking number. Money deducted from account and $35 in rewards cashed in. Now on 6/19/24 I’m told after I call to find out what’s that status, that ‘in transit’ means they don’t have it in stock and do I want a refund? Really, and they are only giving me $15 of the rewards back. I can do better on Amazon!
