A bit too stiff

Ordered these online in my normal shoe size and they fit. BUT as cute as they are they were stiff and could instantly tell they are meant for fashion not for everyday walking. Returned to the store. Wish they would have worked as very stylish to be casual or dressed up a bit.

They look great and size is right on. Only thing is the opening around the ankle is a little too high. Insoles help make it work.
