Horrible customer service

Although too small, product was fine but customer service was horrible. After trying to get online to exchange for bigger size, website glitched and would no longer give me the option to exchange. Only return. So I called customer service to let them know what happened and what I wanted to do and the rep said she would give me a code to send the item back for full refund minus the return fee since I wanted to purchase same item in bigger size. In the end, I was lied to. Not only did they charge me 8.50 to return but didn't even give me a refund for the remainder. Will never order from them again.

My 5 year old son is obsessed with Sonic so I added these slippers to my cart as soon as I saw them. They are so nice and cushiony and look so adorable on his feet. Plus, he says that they make him run super fast so that’s always a plus!!
