Frye Melissa Button Lug Tall Boot

I have had these in brown for 8 years and they still look brand new. I love them so I got the black and these are exactly the same quality and I love them too. Comfortable out of the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are unlike any other frye riding boots I've ever purchased. The sole is different. They look more like campus boots. They fit incredibly small and narrow to the point where I had to buy stretchers to make these work. The instep caves in almost by design, nothing addresses it. . . I have bought and worn frye riding boots exclusively for over 10 years. This is my first regret and I'm really disappointed in these boots.

Needed one half size bigger because of the size of the toe box. We will shop for a boot from a boot company that takes care of their loyal patrons.

The perfect tall riding boot! The brown color option I ended up with even has this beautiful sparkle to it I wasn’t expecting. Size up! I’m always a 7 but the 7. 5 was pretty sung around my foot and I’m happy with the 8. The shipping was super fast too.

A very plain looking boot, the tread is rather hard and slippery. It's a stiff boot, thick leather. The fit is quite narrow even for my slender feet. Considering a return.

These are amazing boots. I usually have trouble finding boots that aren't too wide for my legs and these are perfect. I have narrow feet and they are true to size. If you have wide feet you may want to order up or look at a different style.
