These Frozen sneakers are bright, cute and magical with the flashing lights. Comfortable for all day play. However, the first two pairs of sneakers arrived with dirty soles. Sneakers reordered and a different two pairs arrived with dirty soles. Very disappointed. Decided to keep the second two pairs with compensation from customer service

I have purchased these shoes now twice. After a handful of wears, there are holes around the toe seam. And because of the light up function, they need to be thrown them in electronics trash.

I recently bought my granddaughter Frozen light up sneakers and she loved them. However the bottoms were clearly used and i couldnt return them since she would be disappointed to send them back. Why would you send shoes with dirty bottoms for full price??

These are falling apart after 2 days. My kid isn’t hard on her shoes and her last pair of sneakers has lasted 5 months with almost daily wear. These are truly awful quality. Fraying and a chunk of the sole fell off. I have no idea how others have rated this shoe so highly. Customer service said it could not be returned worn and gave a partial refund.
