THESE FRANCO SARTO WAXTON BOOTS WILL PROBABLY GO DOWN AS MY FAVORITE BOOTS OF ALL TIME!! now this is saying a lot!! Im 71 and have been through a zillion boots .. I just absolutely love the look the feel and the beauty of these boots. I have the black leather ones .. I highly recommend if you can find them in stock. I was looking to buy more!!! CIAO

I was surprised by how cheap they look in person. Now reading reviews I am not surprised to see that several people mention they don't hold up. They are very thin and seem comfortable but for $170 I would want them to last more than a few wears. Returning!

Extremely comfortable for long walks on Europe’s streets and walkways. Based on reviews, I purchased 1/2 size larger than my regular size, it was too big. My regular size would have been perfect. With thick socks and an inner sole, it was okay but not ideal.

I bought the black leather one, it is comfortable as always. But the material has easily chipped after only wearing for 2 days, just like some other reviews. Seems very poor quality, this is disappointing. I had always liked Franco Sarto, but this pair is very disappointing, and seems to be a common problem for many buyers. Would not recommend

Not Real Leather as Labeled!

I reallly wanted to love these boots. I LOVE the style and wore them right out of the box for the whole day, so they are very comfortable. I was so disappointed to realize that they are not crafted in leather although they are clearly marked "leather upper". The third time I wore them, some of the upper near the toe started to peel off. Now the heel is chipping off . I have other "real leather" Franco Sarto boots that I've worn for years and have held up well. These boots probably won't last the season. SO disappointed!

This gorgeous boot fits perfectly true to size and is very comfortable. I love the square toe and block heel. Very versatile!
