Beautiful but flawed

Beautiful boots but both pairs I received had small bald spots in the suede. After the second pair I wanted to switch to a leather option but the only exchange option was the same pair. I have other shoes from here that I love, I just won’t be buying their suede.

Nice material but too narrow

Product material is great quality. But the fit is very bizzare. I never have issues with my foot being too wide and these were very narrow- had to return
