Quality issues, strap broke first wear!

I love FrancoSarto and have so many pairs but these were very disappointing. I bought them 2 different times and the strap on the right shoe broke the first time I wore them. The 2nd time it literally only lasted a few hours and I was at a high school graduation open house hobbling around in a broken shoe. I love this style and really needed a new white shoe for the summer. Really bummed that the quality is not what I normally expect from this brand.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Broke during 1st wear

I bought these shoes TWICE and both times, the strap broke the first time I wore them. I love this brand and have never had any issues until now. I bought them again, hoping the first one breaking was just bad luck but it looks like a quality assurance issue.

Loved the and comfort. I bought the shoe in another color I loved it so much, until after 30 days the shoe upper came appart from the platform! I have never owned a shoe that only lasted 1 month. Terrible quality! Highly disappointed!

So disappointed that these shoes broke! Ordered them in both pink and white and loved them. Sad that I had to ship them back in hopes of getting a refund, but was willing to take my chances and ordered another pair to replace the broken one.

Faulty construction

I bought these in grey. They are super cute and comfortable. Unfortunately, the second time I wore them, the strap pulled completely apart from the wedge. I had to hobble to car and go home.

So comfortable and stylish

I love these sandals. I walked around LA and Malibu for miles on vacation and my feet never hurt or got blisters. They are super cute and stylish!
