Cheap looking, arrived damaged.

These looked kind of cheap in person, and the material was thin and floppy. I thought they fit true to size; I got my normal size 7. However, they arrived damaged in a ripped-up box. They were obviously a return, so it appears they are re-selling stuff that isn't in good condition? This is also the 2nd time in a month dsw has shipped me a pair of boots in the original shoe box stuffed in a plastic bag. Very disappointing. I used to shop here a lot.

Sizing seems to run small

I am a Size 6.5, but sometimes I need to size up in a boot. I tried this in a Size 6.5 and 7. The 7 was too large and I kept slipping forward, even with thick socks. The 6.5 fit pretty close, but if you wear this with regular socks, it's way too tight. I ended up getting blisters and was in pain walking around. I tried it again with thin, basically stocking thin, socks, and it fits much better. The heel is at least comfortable, and the boot is stylish, but the sizing feels really off.

Perfect fall boots

These boots were an impulse buy but I’m so glad I got them! I wore them out all day and they were so comfy and looked great on! I am usually a 7 or 7.5 and the 7 fit perfect.
