Very Disappointed

I love the shoe but the shoe ornament is dull and ugly / very disappointed I cannot return. I cannot wear looking like this

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience i bought these shoes super excited to wear them and they came in a ripped box and broken shoes the pendant was broken and not even in the box I don't understand how it's possible they would send these shoes to me in this condition

Broke after 1 month! I've worn these maybe 3 or 4 times and the strap already broke in half.
