I need to exchange these shoes. They do not fit. I can take a credit. Your return policy is terrible on sale items. I can return sale items to any other store. I’ll never purchase from you again

The shoes were extremely uncomfortable. My feet were very swollen. I could hardly walk the next day. I will never where them again. How to I get a refund.

Beautiful shoe- walk carefully

They were a tad tight so I wore them with socks around the house to stretch them and now they fit perfectly. The toes are pointy and the color on one toe is white so I must have worn the leather when I bumped it somewhere ,looking for shoe polish to touch it up. I am disappointed in that. Otherwise they are beautiful.
