    I love the clear silicone and the shape but they would not stay stuck on the inside of the shoe.

    These are great! The cushioning from these are super comfortable! I love the squishy feeling it provides. It has a bit of spring to it that I really enjoy. They fit perfectly in my running shoes, so I did not have to modify them at all. I would definitely recommend these for anybody who wants extra comfort!

    I haven’t worn my shoes yet except for walking around the house but so far they do not stick very well. The kind of roll then I need to readjust them. See how they are when I wear them for a long time.

    I bought these back in May. They did not stop my heel from sliding and it wouldn’t secure to the heel portion of my shoe

    They help with too-long shoes

    I think if you first clean the inside heel of your shoe with alcohol these will probably stick better; they may not adhere as well to fabric, but one reviewer said they stay with hot glue or super glue--great idea. They definitely fill the space in my slightly-too-long shoes so that my heels don't slip out anymore.
