The bottoms were worn when I purchased them online for pickup and did not see until I got home to try on. I should have tried on at store when I picked up but I’ve been the same shoe size for years. I decided to size up and when I brought back to the store not even 2 hours later, I was told they’ve been worn and would not exchange or refund. So disappointed as they pinch my toe on the side a bit. But super cute. Guess I’m stuck with too tight of heels due to them selling me shoes that were probably worn around the store and put back. But looks as if I worn them. Only had for an hour.

Gave Me A Used Shoe

Been disappointed with DSW lately. I shop here all the time, I don’t know why they shipped me a used shoe. You can clearly see dirty toe prints on the shoe. The bottom of the shoes also look dirty. Really not sanitary.

Beautiful evening shoe, but the strap at the toes was too tight. I didn’t feel that I could wear them comfortably to my event.
