Comfortable
I’m new to heels and for a heel, this is comfortable all day. It looks like the open side might not hold your foot on the bed, but I did t have any issues. Plus the perfect bright red.

Love shopping in person!
I went to my local DSW to return another pair of shoes which I had ordered online and found to be too tight. These red shoes were in the sale section, and I'm so glad that I got them. They're comfortable, seem to be well-made, and the heel height is perfect. One thing, though: the size 8 medium was snug, but the 8 wide fits perfectly. A good fit is a good reason to shop at the store rather than buy online.

Really Stylish!
I loved this shoe but it seemed to run big for a 6? I needed WW because of bunion issues and the width would've been great, but they are too big and unfortunately they do not come in a smaller size in WW.

Stylish but low quality
Stylish but low quality. The zippers on both shoes stick and are VERY difficult to close or open. The shoes squeak while walking.

Bad Shoe and Bad Investment
I sought out a black dress shoe with a 1–2-inch heel. I thought these would be great since they had good reviews from women on the DSW website. Obviously, many women do not understand the importance of a comfortable stylish quality shoe. I received the box with my shoes literally thrown on my driveway. Upon opening, I noted one shoe was larger than the other, the glue on the sole of one shoe was messed up and they were very uncomfortable just walking a few steps on my rug. I would never recommend this shoe to anyone.

Super Cute And Comfy
I ordered the black 7 1/2 M for a Christmas party. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were straight out of the box. The extra cushioning for the ball of the foot made all the difference. I received so many compliments and asked where I found them. I came back for the taupe color. I would highly recommend!
