Received Scuffed Up, Obviously Pre-worn Shoes!

I am so upset with this order! It took awhile to arrive and when I opened the package the shoes were not in a box or wrapping to protect them, but the worst part was that they were both scuffed at the toe area and the bottom tread was full of stuck-on mud/gravel—I don’t even know. This is unacceptable! I paid for new shoes and I was obviously sent used/returned shoes. I don’t even mind getting returned shoes if they are in new condition and not scuffed and have dirt stuck in the soles. Extremely disappointing, and I doubt I will be shopping here in the future.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I never get a bad quality shoes like these looks like they just paint and scratch on top of the shoes very disappointed I’m about to return it if you can’t get me a shiny one like dusty clogs please give me the other black ones thanks you
